After six years of part-time, and then full-time consulting, I’d like to say that I know exactly what I’m doing, but I’d be lying. If experience has taught me anything, it’s that nothing is routine or easy. In this talk, we’ll go through the many lessons I’ve learned, how I knew freelancing was right for me, and how I prepared myself for the crazy world of consulting.
